Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese3.0 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)1.0 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Bacon, pork, microwaved1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 cup Fresh Express Shredded Iceberg Lettuce1.0 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh2.0 cup cheese, Kroger Shredded Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 420° Measure 2cups of shredded mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Measure 2 tbsp cream cheese in same microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave for 30 seconds repeatedly till melted, stirring every 15 seconds. Once melted, mix the almond flour and egg into the cheese. Place the dough on one sheet of parchment paper, place the other on top, flatten out the dough. Bake at 420° till top starts to get golden brown (pop any air bubbles immediately seen, it helps maintain the flattness) Let's stand n completely cool. While crust bakes, microwave the bacon till crisp. Drain grease and pat with paper towels. Crumble in food processor. Once crust is cooked, spread the mayo over crust. Layer the bacon, tomato, and lettuce as you please. Extra Shredded mozzarella on top if you like but NOT INCLUDED in ingredients Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
