Overnight Carrot cake oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats1 tbsp chia seeds¼ cup Greek yogurt¼ - almond milk¼ cup carrot, shredded1 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp pecan, chopped (optional)¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar.
Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy it cold, straight from the fridge or heat it up for a healthy, hot breakfast!
