Buttermilk Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups lowfat buttermilk1 ripe banana cut into chunks1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries or another frozen fruit of your choice2 TBLS honey1 cup of ice cubes
Directions
In a blender, combined all ingredients and blend until frothy. Enjoy!!!

    I had some buttermilk that I needed to get use so I thought that I would give this recipe a try. I added some whey protein, too. The calorie breakdown is way off - none have been entered for the buttermilk and other items put into the smoothie. - 8/21/11
