Basic Cabbage Diet Soup

Ingredients
2 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 3 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 1 medium Carrots, raw .50 tsp Chili powder 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions
Dice all vegetables and add along with shredded cabbage to large microwave safe bowl.
Add Knorr chicken boullion and 3 cups hot water to vegetables.
Add Chili powder.
Stir.
Cook on high for 15 minutes (longer if you like very soft vegetables) You may need to add extra water.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
** Can add diced chicken for aa full meal.
