Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, I use roast chicken 2- 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese 1- 1 ounce package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix 3 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning2- 10 ounce cans Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles4 cups organic Bone Broth, chicken
Directions
Place all ingredients in a crockpot for six hours. Serve with cheese, cilantro and sour cream, if desired.
