Paleo Chili

Ingredients
1.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 3 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 30 oz Ground beef, lean 5 clove Garlic 4 cup Stewed Tomatoes 7 tbsp Paprika 4 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 0.5 cup Tomato Paste 6 tbsp Cumin seed 7 tbsp Chili powder 2 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Salt
Directions
Shred all the veggies and sauté with a tablespoon of avocado oil. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and place on low for 8-10 hours.
