Ingredients
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.25 tsp Xanthan Gum 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 3 tbsp Swerve
Directions
Combine blueberries and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat then simmer for 5 minutes.Remove from heat and stir in sweetener and lemon juice. Sprinkle surface with xantham gum and whisk to beat to combine.
