Cassie's Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
1 pkg. lean ground turkey, browned and drained2 cans red kidney beans1 large can diced tomatoes1 large can tomato sauce1 medium onion, chopped1 pkg. low-sodium chili seasoning (like McCormick's or Lawry's)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours in a crock pot, or simmer on the stove top for about one hour. Serve over crushed saltine crackers and top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped Roma tomatoes. Makes 8 huge servings.
