Sausage Kale Soup

Ingredients
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 12 oz Jimmy dean premium bulk sausage.5 cup, chopped Onions0.5 cup Fire Roasted Red Peppers 3 cup, chopped Kale 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 can Rotel Diced Tomotoes with Lime Juice and Cilantro
Directions
Brown Sausage & Onion. Once browned, drain. Chop up and add roasted red peppers, rotel & chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Once boiling add chopped kale and let it wilt. When ready to serve add butter, salt & pepper to taste, and heavy whipping cream. Don't over cook once cream is added.
