Paleo Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Salt 0.50 cup Lard 0.50 cup tapioca starch 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 3 tsp Sweetener, Swerve Granular (by KINSPAPPY) 8 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by NOBULL56)
Directions
pulse all except egg, together in food processor, making sure lard is very cold. Then add egg pulse again only until a dough like consistency. Roll out, or press in pan. Bake as usual with favorite pie recipe. * cover edges of crust with pie shield to prevent over browning.
