Boneless, skinless chicken Breast = 3Cooked Pasta (bowtie for me) = 2.5 cupsOnion = 1 smallScallions (green onion) = 2Garlic = 6 clovesLight Ranch Dressing = 4-6 tspLawry's Hawaiian marinade = 3 tbspPesto = .5-1 tspSalt & Pepper = to tasteCal - 263Fat - 4.6gSodium - 187 mgCarb - 20 g
Prepare past according to lable.
Cut chicken into bite size chunks. Salt & pepper chunks & add to skillet.
Add onion, scallions, garlic. Cook on med.
Add hawaiian marinade once partially cooked
Once chicken is cook add ranch, & pesto,
Mix in cooked patsa and serve.
Make 6 servings (1 cup each)
