Vegan Gluten-Free French Toast

Ingredients
8 serving Little northern bakehouse gluten free millet and chia bread (by KATHYTHOMPSON79) 1 serving 1/4 cup Better Than Eggs (Egg Substitute) 2 tsp Sugar In The Raw 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tbsp *Grace* Coconut milk Powder (by SWAY_B_SEXY) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 dash Salt 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch
Directions
In a blender combine all wet and dry ingredients, except for the bread. After thoroughly blended, pour mixture into a bowl. Heat a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes, dip the bread each side into the mixture. Place on skillet and cook each side for 2 minutes.
