1.5 cup Bush's Best Reduced Sodium - Dark Red Kidney Beans 1.5 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 1.5 cup Beans, pinto 1.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 serving Kitchen Basics Natural Vegetable Cooking Stock, Vegan,Less Sodium, Fat Free, Svg 1 Cup (by CHRISTISLORD) 16 tbsp Costco - Jack's Cantina Style Salsa - Garden Fresh Gourmet (2 Tbsp or 1 oz) (by JAZZDIVA1) Chili Seasoning, Cayanne, Cumin, Salt, and Pepper to taste
Turn a 5 quart slow cooker on high (for a smaller slow cooker, use about half this recipe). Add the onion and garlic, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, tomato, bell pepper and corn. Pour in vegetable stock, salsa, cumin and cayenne pepper. Stir gently to combine.
Cook in the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high, 7 on low (depending on your stock pot).
Add salt to taste.
