8 oz Atlantic Pollock (fish) 1.25 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans (frozen) (by JRTRKN) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 serving Veg, VIDALIA ONIONS fresh 1medium(150g) (by CRLYN31) 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 3 tsp SPICE WORLD GARLIC MINCED IN OLIVE OIL (by BLAZEGRANT) 2 serving Bird's Eye Frozen Chopped Spinach 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese 6 oz Velveeta Cheese Product 1 tbsp Basil 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Pepper, black .5 tbsp Organic Tumeric Powder - Feel Good Organics (by VENOMDESIGN) 0.5 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
Stir together all ingredients in crockpot, including chopped vidalia, excluding frozen pollock fillets. Place fillets on top of chowder mixture & spoon over the fillets. Cover & cook on high for 3-4 hours make some jasmine rice during last 1/2 hour or so in rice maker. Serve chowder over a 1/2 cup of prepared rice...(not calculated with calories).
