Sauteed Kale with kohlrabi

Ingredients
5 cup, chopped Kale 2 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams) 2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup Kohlrabi, raw 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Sautee garlic till translusant then add kohlrabi. Cook till almost tender and add sliced mushrooms and cook for a couple minutes before adding Kale. Stir, add a little water, put on lid and cook for about 5 minutes or until everything is cooked to desired consistancy.
