1.5 cup Rice flour, brown1.5 cup 365 Organic Quinoa1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.75 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened0.25 cup Honey0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix all ingredients together on bowl. Fill 21 muffin cups to top. Place in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 mins. 3 muffins is equal to 1 meal.
