Mexican Grain Bowl - Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 tbsp La Victoria Green Chile Salsa, Mild 0.25 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Beans, black 0.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
Directions
1. Chop red onions (optional)
2. Prepare rice according to package, or use pre-cooked rice.
3. Place all ingredients except matchstick carrots in microwave-safe portable container.
4. Microwave.
5. Place matchstick carrots on top.
6. Enjoy!
