8 large Egg white, fresh 0.33 cup Coconut Oil 0.5 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.75 cup Arrowroot flour 4 tbsp Honey 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Flour 4 tbls Bragg organic Apple Cider vineger (by WYJOANTSMOM) 1.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Directions
mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients and mix till smooth. Add mixture to greased muffing pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
