1 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2.5 cup green giant cauliflower rice 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee - Sriracha Mayo (by PHOENIX31989)
Cook cauliflower rice and add 1 tbsp of rice vinegar to the rice while still warm.
Slice the avocado into small pieces
Split the ingredients between two bowls
Drizzle the siracha mayo over the top
Can keep in the fridge for 3 days
