Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 180 grams Asparagus, fresh 8 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g) 2 tbsp Parsley 40 gram(s) SPINAGE (by LISASOC) 25 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 dash Pepper, black Oil or butter
Directions
Steam or boil asparagus
Chop onions
Chop parsley
Wilt and chop spinach
Grete cheese; you can add more if you wish
Mis all ingredient together
Heat 1 tsp of oil or butter in a frying pan
Add mixture and smooth out
Either flip using a plate or put under the grill
