Chicken thigh zuch stew

Ingredients
4 cup, sliced Zucchini (one huge one)5 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini (2 large ones)3 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 32 oz Chicken -Boneless, skinless chicken thigh4 tsp Chili pepper, red, dried (10 whole dried, removed before eating)3 tsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 2t kosher salt (to taste)
Directions
1. Slice zuchs and tomatoes into ~1/2" discs
2. Lay down tomatoes and 1/2 zuchs
3. Lay down chicken thighs, onions, (kosher salt,) and chili peppers
4. Cover with rest of zuchs and garlic
5. Cook in crock pot on low for 6 hours
6. Reduce to "warm," crack lid to allow steam out, and heat for another 5 hours. This will will thicken stew liquids, or just keep it on low for 8 hours.
