Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry1 (8-ounce) tub light cream cheese, softened1 (8-ounce) carton 30%-less-fat sour cream3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup fat-free milk1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 3 1/2 quart electric slow cooker; stir well. Cover with lid; cook on low heat setting 2 hours.
