2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup greek yogurt fat free Kirkand 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Kosher salt, coarse, Morton (by BLUEJEAN_GIRL)
Whisk flour, baking powder and salt together. Using a spatula, add yogurt to flour mixture and mash together until it forms a ball, Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide into 8 pieces. Shape into hockey puck size, about 3-1/2 " across by 1/2" thick. Put on parchment paper lined pan spacing a bit a part. Bake in 400 degree oven 10 minutes. Carefully turn over and bake another 10-12 minutes. Until golden brown and sounds hollow when thumped. Let cool. Can be frozen
