Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients
1 c. fat-free milk1/2 c. plain yogurt1/4 tsp. vanilla extract1-1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries1/2 c. canned pineapple chucks1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder4 ice cubes2 tbs. sugar
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
