Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup Canola Oil 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar .66 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into 12 greased muffin tins or an 8x8 greased cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
