Quinoa with fresh veggies and Miso Ginger sauce

Ingredients
2.5 cup kale, chopped2.5 cup Edamame 16 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, chopped 1 medium cucumber, chopped 2.5 cups red cabbage, chopped 10 oz shredded carrots2 cup dry Quinoa, cooked2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped1.7 cup Frozen green peas, heated Dressing1 cup red miso1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1.5 tsp Ginger, grated1.5 tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Chili paste 1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1/4 cup honey a few dashes of black Pepper
Directions
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Mix dressing with vegetables. Mix in cooked quinoa. Makes 14 1-cup servings.
