Brown Sugar Shortbread

Ingredients
1 cup Butter, salted .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Cream butter
Add sugar until well blended
Stir in flour, knead until comes together in a dough
Chill in bowl for 15 min
Roll into 1" balls, flatten with cookie press or a glass dipped in sugar
Use a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 min, until edges are light brown

Serving Size: Makes 24 cookies, 2 per serving
