4 serving Bumble Bee Red Salmon, 2.2 oz/63g, about 1/4 cup 2 serving OreIda Country Style Hash Browns (1.25 Cup = 1 svg) 4 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 serving Scallion Pancakes, 2 pancakes (by CRYSTALBREEZY) 1 tbsp Kochoojang (Korean pepper paste, Jayone brand) (by SUNNYINSOCAL46)
Blend ingredients together with hand blender, bake on parchment paper at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes. Garnish with scallions. Serve with side vegetable, such as peas.
