Butter Chicken

1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 1tsp Olive Oil1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Garlic powder3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast, diced1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 3 tsp Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix (by BIGGIRL2082010) 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp salt, table (by CDOWNEY1) .25 tsp Pepper, black8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and onions and cook untill onions are lightly golden
Add ginger and garlic and stir for 30 seconds, then add chicken, tomato paste, and spices.
Cook until chicken is cooked through, then add heavy cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Crockpot version: Put all ingredients besides onion into crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours, then add heavy cream, stir, and cook for an additional 30-40 minutes
Serve with rice (not included in recipe calories)
