0.06 cup Milk, 1% 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.67 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 fl oz Water, tap 20 cracker Saltine Crackers, unsalted (Saltines) 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crackers in a zip lock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Finely chop onion. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well and Bake 40 minutes. Mix last 4 ingredients in a seall bowl. Remove meatloaf from oven. Cover with sauce, return to oven and bake for 10 additional minutes until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
