Mexican Omelet

Ingredients
1 serving Eggs Stop & Shop Large White Eggs (by CHRISSYS_BOYS) 3 serving Egg white, large 2 tbsp Stop & Shop Mild Salsa (by SONICKRISTIN) 1 oz Cheese Feta Crumbled President 1 oz (28g) = 70 cals 1 inch cube 0.25 cup Stop & Shop Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (by REF385)
Directions
1. Spray medium-sized skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat on high heat; test with a spritz of water, if sizzles, then skillet is hot enough.

2. While skillet is heating, combine whole egg and egg whites. Beat thoroughly.

3. Once skillet is prepared, pour eggs onto it and spread around in a swirling motion until they make a complete circle.

4. Heat for about 2-3 minutes; then gently flip. Heat for another 1-2 minutes.

5. Add cheeses and salsa on one half of omelet.


6. Fold over to create your completed work of art!

Serving Size: Makes one medium-sized omelet, or two small omelets.
