Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli

1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce 2 serving Garlic (1 clove) 3 cup Steam Ready California Blend (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots), Stop & Shop (09/13/11) 8 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 0.50 cup Swanson's unsalted chicken broth
1. Season Chicken with salt and black pepper to taste. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute for about 1 minute. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 minute or until browned on all sides. Add chives (or green onion) and cook, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth and teriyaki sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced slightly.
2. Evenly divide brown rice (not included in Nutrition Information, I ate recipe without rice) among 4 plates or shallow bowls. Top each with about 1 cup each of chicken and steamed broccoli.
