Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 8 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp) 6 tbsp Sour Cream 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
Directions
Mix ingredients very well. Fill paper muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
