Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Almond Flour1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour 2 medium Eggs 1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp vanilla3 tsp Granulated Sugar Cinnamon
Directions
Mix dry ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Add in wet ingredients. Cook as usual for pancakes - 1-2 minutes per side. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still warm. Enjoy!
