Ingredients
9 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 1 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 oz Feta Cheese 1 Serving(s) Coconut Spray 1 Serving(s) Coconut Spray
Directions
Combine egg whites and almond milk. Spray nonstick green pan heat a small amount water in pan then sauté veggies, when cooked set aside. Spray pan then add egg mixture. Allow mixture to set then add veggies, fold, once cooked flip. Enjoy! Serving Size: 1
