1.5 tsp Chili powder2.0 tsp Cumin seed9.0 tbsp Oregano, ground16.0 oz Pork Tenderloin16.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap45.0 cup Hominy2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.75 cup Red chile puree2.0 tbsp Green chile chopped hot15.0 serving Chicken boullion cubes14.5 oz Fire roasted diced tomatoes
Cook pork in oil. Dissolve boullion cubes in warm water. Add to pork. Add all other ingredients except hominy. Rinse honing and add. Bring to boil.
