Morocco lentil stew

Ingredients
1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw5.0 clove Garlic4.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 tbsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne2.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)3.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes6.0 cup Vegetable Broth1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 cup Lentils
Directions
Saute onion, celery, garlic until soft. Then add everything but lentils. Bring to a boil, then add lentils. Bring heat to low and simmer 30 minutes or until lentils cooked
