Pumpkin Protein Energy Balls

.3328 cup Libby's Canned Pumpkin Puree (by PRAIRIEHARPY) .3328 cup Honey .3328 tbsp Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat 5 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter .50 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7) 1.25 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal
Cream together peanut butter and pumpkin until smooth.
Add the Old Fashion oats, stir together until the oats are all covered.
Add the honey, and rest of the ingredients to the oats and stir till smooth.
Wet hand with some water to roll the dough into 12 equal golf size balls. Place them on a parchment paper cookie sheet. They do not get any bigger so they can be close together.
Place them into the freeze to freeze. After they are frozen I place them into a gallon freezer bag and date and title it. It will stay in the freezer for 6 months.
