Yoplait Light fat free cherry 6 oz, 1 serving (can use different kind, was all i had)Blueberries, fresh, .50 cup hood carb countdown 2% milk, .75 cup ice (1 cup), 1 serving *Splenda, 2 tsp
Directions
put all ingredients in blender, blend till smooth, makes 3 -8 ounce servings (or very close to 8 ounces)
