2 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Half and Half Cream 0.25 cup *Smucker's Sugar Free Breakfast SYRUP
Directions
mix a can of pumpkin with 2 eggs and some half and half, add smuckers syrup and your choice of spices, just cinnamon is great and a little salt
