Coconut/ Flax biscuits

Ingredients
1.5 cup Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 8 oz Carrington Farms Flax Paks Organic Milled Flax Seeds 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Whipped Cream, pressurized 2 tbsp Sour Cream 0.67 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients + a dash of salt. Cut in butter and coconut oil. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl + 1/2 cup of water. Combine both mixtures. Let it sit for 5 min. If too dry, add additional water. Spoon into small palm rounds and press down to 1/2 size. Bake for 15 min @ 350F.
