Joe's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2.5 cup Deming's Red Sockeye Salmon (by DNANNYMC) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
Directions
Mix all ingredients by hand. Keep bones in for higher calcium content.

Fry in vegetable oil until firm and brown. Drain on paper towels, then serve.
