PB&J Bites

Ingredients
.5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 1 oz Peanuts, dry-roasted 0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 24 tsp Splenda 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Molasses 1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Cream together peanut butter, Splenda, and molasses. Beat in egg. Add oats and baking powder. (Opt. substitute 1/2 tsp baking soda.) Mix well. Add in optional chopped/crushed peanuts and dried fruit. Drop by tablespoon full onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
