Pecan Banana Bread

1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Splenda Granulated (by KWLOTT2008) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Baking Soda 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Morton's Lite Salt Pecans.25 cup, chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 325.
Mash bananas, then add splenda, egg, pecans, and melted butter and mix.
Mix flour and baking soda in separate bowl, then add to banana mix.
Stir until just mixed. Do not over-mix.
Bake at 325 for one hour/until knife comes out clean.
Serving Size: 1 loaf cut into 8 slices
