1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (lean) 4 cup San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes (by MKLIBBY) 8 tbsp San Marzano Double Concentrated Tomato Paste (by SEPLIBRA) 3 serving Vidalia onion, raw 1 medium onion (by BEACHSANDPIPER) 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Fennel seed 6 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
add the celery, garlic ,onion and carrots to a bullet and pulse, fry the mixture in some olive oil until there is a color change. add ground beef , salt and pepperand cook till there is some color. add the spices, the tomato sauce and paste and 3 cups of water. bring to boil the turn to simmer, cook to desired consistency
