1 lb Beef, round steak 1 serving Progresso Hearty Tomato Basil Soup 2 cup Prego Tomato Basil Garlic Tomato Sauce 2 cup Beans, red kidney 2 cup "Great Value" Kidney Beans, Light Red (.5cups) (by LRBARRIOS) 1 cup Beans, black .5 large Onions, raw 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup Salsa 1 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 3 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
Chop the meat in to small cubes and brown it in a 6 quart soup pot. chop the onion and celery & throw it in to dance around with the meat. Let it cook til the meat is cooked and veggies are translucent. Then dump in the soup, broth, salsa and beans and salt, pepper, and spice it up with whatever spices you like, chop up the plum tomato and throw it in. Cook for 30 minutes, add water if needed.
