Cauliflower Goulash

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 3 cup spaghetti sauce, sugar free (by BRIYOWES) 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 1 tsp Garlic 4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 1 cup Cheese - Sargento classic mozzarella shredded cheese
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain. Remove from pan and add the cauliflower. I used frozen and just did a quick pan fry to cook it and stiffen it up because I didn't want it mushy. Add the cooked hamburger back in along with the spices and spaghetti sauce. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Cover and let cook about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
