Breakfast Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk2 tbsp Soy Protein Powder1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup frozen fruit
Directions
Add first four ingredients to blender and pulse to disperse the dry ingredients.
Add frozen fruit and blend for a couple of minutes.
This will be thick.
Makes one serving.
