Navone's quick tasty baked burrito

Ingredients
4 Flour 8" Tortillas1/2 lb ground chuck1 can Black Beans, drained1/2 cup water1 packet Taco seasoning1/3 cup Low Fat Cream Cheese1/3 cup cheddar cheese2 cups Salsa4 tbsp low fat sour creamJalapenos
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Brown ground chuck in 10" skillet, add black beans, 1 cup salsa, water and taco seasoning. Heat on medium for about 5 minutes until mixture thickens. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and dispersed through mixture. Heat tortillas in microwave for about 30 seconds - enough to soften. Spoon 1/4 mixture into 1 tortilla and roll, place seam side down in deep baking dish. Repeat for the next 3 tortillas. Top with the remaining salsa, cheddar cheese and jalapeƱos. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerates for great leftovers!!
