425 gram(s) Chulpe Corn 0.75 cup Cream substitute, liquid, with hydrogenated vegetable oil and soy protein 1 tbsp Salt
Rinse Chulpe corn. (Dried large kernel white corn)
Heat .75 cup of oil in a large pot with a lid and two handles.
High heat, add chulpe before it gets hot and start stirring like crazy.
Keep stirring like crazy until corn starts to pop. Cover and shake above flame until it's mostly stopped popping and the corn is a nice brown color.
Add salt to taste mix.
